Refunds and Returns Policy

2. Returns for Physical Products

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and items on sale.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 3.2 Partial Refunds

  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. Returns and Refunds for Digital Products

4.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Digital products are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that they have not been downloaded or accessed. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is not eligible for a refund.

4.2 Refund Process for Digital Products

  • To request a refund for a digital product, please contact us at thepathwaypioneers@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. If the product has not been downloaded or accessed, we will process your refund within 14 days of your request.

5. Exchanges
